Thank you for purchasing a download product from Boundless Outfitters! For new users, the procedure for downloading purchased files can be a bit confusing. I was confused at first, too!
Method One - Use the link in your order confirmation email.
This email has a subject beginning with "Boundless Outfitters Order (Ref ...)" and looks like this:
The Boundless Outfitters Invoice email does not include the link.
Open this email and find the link to your file:
Method Two - Login to your customer portal
Follow this link: https://www.boundlessoutfitters.com/web/login.
Then find the "Your Orders" menu item in the upper left, and click it:
Once you are viewing your orders, find the correct order and click the Sales Order Number link:
Once you open the Sales Order, find the Documents section and click the link:
