Little Wonder Membranes
Hello Tim : I am quite sure you wouldn’t remember me but I certainly remember you. Back last summer I bought membranes for my Little wonder out in the Tuamotos in French Polynesia. They didn’t work even though they were he same as the membranes I removed. I was off looking for new vessels thinking the problem must lie there or in the end caps after the watermaker repair guys in Papeete couldn’t resolve my issue. Then asking to you and one fully explaining the details of the situation you said it was that I had the wrong membranes and sold me the right ones which I received in Pago Pago but was reluctant to install and test in that Harbour. Well I finally got them installed and they are working great so I just wanted to give you a big thank you for your assistance and expert advice. You provided me excellent service from the first l have appreciated it. So whenever the subject comes up with other cruisers you are my first recommendation and it goes without saying that if I have watermaker needs you will be first one my list….but hopefully I won’t need your services too soon. So a big thank you again for your help. All the best with your business.

Getting the right parts
It seems that my Little Wonder water maker had the wrong membranes installed, and when they werent working I replaced them with the same wrong membranes with poor results. Time Allen figured out the problem and got me on the right track with the correct membranes.
