NextGen 25, 35, 40, or 45uF capacitor for current production UCM1-3.5, UCM2-5.5 and UCM3-9.5 Generators
This capacitor is used on all NextGen generators to control output voltage of the back-end. You should keep a spare on board if you are cruising abroad, or have a critical need for generator up-time.
The capacitor rating affects power factor and voltage output of your generator. Most NextGen generators (but not all!) use a 40 uF capacitor. Please choose the rating that matches your original.
If your generator produces high voltage, try a lower rating.
NOTE: The current production capacitor has a smooth bottom – NO MOUNTING STUD. If you need the type with a mounting stud, choose the Markon version.
Capacitors are non-returnable.
